Pieces of my life. Pieces of my heart. Pieces of what I have learned along the way.
Pieces of Paxx is where my words live.
It is a collection of stories, reflections, journals, books, art, and meaningful creations born from real life and made for the parts of us that are still healing, growing, remembering, questioning, rebuilding, and becoming.
This is the trail where I write about the things I have actually lived. Grief. Love. Betrayal. Healing. Burnout. Overthinking. Boundaries. Losing pieces of yourself. Finding them again. Getting older. Starting over. Laughing at the absolute absurdity of life when sometimes laughing is the only damn thing left to do.
I do not write because I have everything figured out.
I write because I have lived through things that changed me, broke pieces of me, taught me, pissed me off, humbled me, made me question everything, and eventually gave me something worth saying.
Pieces of Paxx is also where those experiences become something you can hold onto and use. Journals, reflection pages, worksheets, books, and other creations designed to help you slow down, sort through the noise, understand what you are feeling, and reconnect with yourself.
Because I believe healing often happens in the small, honest moments.
The moment you finally admit something hurts.
The moment you realize you deserve a boundary.
The moment you laugh again.
The moment you recognize a piece of yourself that you thought was gone.
The moment you decide you are not finished yet.
Everything here is created with honesty, heart, meaning, and usually a little sass, because I have never believed that healing has to sound clinical, polished, or perfect.
Some pieces may make you think. Some may make you laugh. Some may piss you off in the best possible way. Some may hit somewhere you were not expecting. And some may simply make you feel understood for a minute.
You do not have to have everything figured out.
Neither do I.
We are all made of pieces. The beautiful ones. The bruised ones. The ridiculous ones. The ones we are proud of and the ones we are still trying to understand.
And every damn one of them belongs to the story.
Take whatever piece you need.
